Fees
Fees may vary depending on the level of service desired, as
services are contracted on an individual basis.
Career Counseling
- Service is billed at the rate of $135 per counseling hour.
- Typically a thorough assessment of interests, aptitudes and experience
occurs over 3-4 sessions. During the final session employment resources
are developed for the client. Total cost typically ranges from $440-$600
Resume Development
- Resumes are typically developed in one to two counseling hour session.
The flat fee cost for a professional resume is $250.
- Service includes resume formatting in MS Word and up to 3 revisions..
Career Profile Testing
- Administration of Strong Interest Inventory and Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator tests and review of results takes place over two counseling
sessions. Cost is $400.
Outplacement Services
- Services are billed at $160 per hour and it is recommended that an
initial retainer for 9 hours of service is provided. The $1,440 retainer
will provide for a thorough assessment of the worker's transferable
job skills; interest and aptitude testing; resume and cover letter development;
job seeking skills training and job development.
Vocational Expert Evaluations
- The standard cost for a thorough vocational evaluation which includes
assessment of an individuals transferable skills, academic and interest
testing and a labor market study of suitable occupations is $2,400.
A retainer for the full $2,400 must be received prior to consultant
meeting with the individual to be evaluated.
The consultant will provide a free telephone consultation to the attorney,
prior to the formalization of the retainer agreement, to discuss the case
and to determine if the vocational evaluation will be helpful to the case.
- Services are billed at $200 per hour and $325 per hour for deposition
and court testimony.
- The attorney may also retain the consultant for individualized and
special vocational services and occupational research that will be billed
and itemized at the professional rate of $200 per hour.
